About Us
Volume Inc. was founded at the dawn of the new millennium by Adam Brodsley and Eric Heiman in the hope that they could fuse their common aims but disparate talents to create a more holistic design practice where the long view is always in sharp focus. Since its inception, Volume has created environments, books, web sites, promotional collateral and films for a variety of commercial and cultural clients, and this work has been exhibited, honored, and published extensively worldwide. Adam and Eric are both Professors of Design at the California College of the Arts (CCA), and Eric’s writing on design has been published in Eye, Emigre, Letterspace and the AIGA’s online journal, Voice.
