Creating a global platform and user experience that would enable ownership culture and cater to the needs of 350,000 employees worldwide with completely different backgrounds, accessibility and financial literacy.

MyShare is an integral part of Siemens Vision 2020 digital transformation initiative.
It is a fully integrated, customized and intuitive one-stop solution that enables employees across Siemens diverse eco-systems to find all the information and guidance they need about Siemens share plans and processes.
Making a complex topic tangible:
Siemens believes that equity compensation changes the way employees think about their role and the way they work - the topic of equity and the management of financial decisions is both emotional and complex.
We worked closely with the Siemens team to understand the needs of different stakeholders from factory workers to top level management and find a unified and holistic solution that could be scaled at a global level.
The strength of this Omnichannel platform is in the way it is custom-made for a diverse audience and the scalability of the solution across Siemens` brands fitting the future digitization strategy for Siemens. The portal allows users to not only view their financial portfolio, but also perform managerial tasks that have now been streamlined.
As of today, MyShare is available to over 300,000 employees and is available in 8 different languages.
MyShare portal has enabled over 90% of Siemens employees to become shareholders, making them the second largest group of owners.
The efforts are still ongoing and the impact continues to be vast and measurable.
