Designed in 2015, The Elite Cuisine Cooking website was developed as a hub for showcasing the various catering services that the company provides. Elite Cuisine wanted the site to be vibrant, educational and easy to use. They also wanted the site to provide direct opportunities to interact with content, order online, and book events. The website has a variety of functionality additions including social integrations, ecommerce, recipe creation, custom post types and more.
The website was designed on the Genesis framework. The Child theme was custom developed to best accompany the framework. A variety of colors were used from the Elite Cuisine palette in an attempt to make the site fun, colorful and engaging. All front end website development was completed with custom HTML5, CSS3 and PHP best practices.
