The Challenge
Our client came to us with a patent looking to develop the idea into something that was manufacturable and ready to commercialize. The product needed to be durable, protect the cables, work on almost any trailer, and be used by someone even when wearing thick gloves.
The Solution
The solution was to develop multiple mounting systems to allow for different trailers, creating an easy single knob adjustment system, and integrating components to ensure the cable received as little wear as possible from the product being used.
The Results
The product was designed, developed, prototyped, and tested. Through our iterative process, we came out with a product that met all the project requirements, ready for pre-production prototyping.
