Amaral's Bakery, a regional manufacturer of ethnic bakery goods, wanted to expand their market share and attract new customers to their delicious products. They were developing new product packaging and contacted GSB to develop a brand identity.
Meeting with Amaral’s we listened to what they hoped to accomplish with a new design. Researching their competitors, current clientele, and where customers purchased Amaral's products led us to understand that we would need to create a brand identity that would still have an ethnic flavor, while attracting a new customer base. When redesigning the logo we kept the ethnic familiarity of the Portuguese product while bringing a contemporary look to the overall package design.
The new design has been adapted to their complete product line and is now creating a sweet presence in the bakery aisle.
