Marketing brochure for The Penthouse at 250 West Street. The project also included print advertising, both magazine and newspaper, and online advertising for the entire 250 West Street property, a high-end residential condominium in New York's Tribeca.

One part of an extensive branding and marketing program for a sheet-fed printer. Working closely with them, we created everything from a new logo and stationery system to custom sample carriers. Seven niche brochures, targeting specific customer bases, were created which could be used individually or given out in a custom windowed slipcase, when appropriate.

10th Anniversary corporate brochure, with inserts, for Anbau Enterprises, a Manhattan-based developer.

Stills from a flash animated movie created for Anbau's 10th Anniversary event. Additionally, we redesigned their stationery and forms systems and designed powerpoint presentations with templates.
