Mightybytes partnered with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) to help them map out a digital strategy.
NABP turned to Mightybytes for help managing the creation of new website features and developing a detailed digital strategy to guide them through the course of a year. We worked together to create a roadmap for success with a digital strategy workshop and UX-driven feature planning exercises.
Mightybytes and the team from NABP brainstormed dozens of potential solutions and prioritized those solutions based on our collective capacity, resources, and ability to execute throughout the year. We'll revisit and revise the reports generated from these workshops as the team learns more from prototyping, testing, etc.
