Aavia's mission is to approach hormone health in an open, accessible and actionable way. Aavia engaged Impel Studio to design and develop their flagship product: an easy-to-use app-enabled birth control smart case. We worked closely with Aavia's beta testers, and listened to their requests for a durable, affordable case. Designs were road tested with real life users throughout the process, resulting in a fantastic product that is now receiving rave reviews from Aavia members!
The Aavia case is a smart birth control pill case that automatically tracks what time you took your pill and syncs that time to the iPhone app via Bluetooth. The case works with any kind of birth control pills, and Aavia members are 2x better at taking the pill on schedule with the case.
