Since 1988, we have been an A to Z full-service product design and development firm specializing in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, prototype building, and manufacturing outsourcing for the consumer, industrial, medical and aerospace industries. Our prototype shop builds fully functional prototypes in plastics, metals, and composites. It is equipped with 3D prints and scanners, a benchtop CNC milling machine, vacuum former, plastic sheet benders, conventional machines, mill, drill, lathes, surface grinding and all types of cutting. We also have sheet metal capabilities with our press brake, slip roll, shear and shaping hammers and with our welding ability and resources, we can build almost anything. We also offer manufacturing outsourcing services domestically and internationally to supply our customers with a finished product. We hold several US and international patents and have had years of experience with patents. This has allowed us to be a valuable resource in helping our clients with their intellectual property decisions.
We have an office in Shanghai, China with a staff of four people and a Chinese business partner who is also an engineer on site. We travel to China 2 to 3 times per year to verify and qualify new manufactures and project manage existing production orders for our customers. With our abilities to negotiate with the factories, we manage all the details including quality control, product revisions or changes and the shipping logistics from China to your door. Our goal is to get a well-manufactured product for our customers and It has been our primary philosophy that when our customers succeed, we do too.
