Kraft asked the IDI team to originate the next generation packaging for Kraft Mayo. Through observations of and working with retailers and mayo users, the team was able to innovate and develop a wanted 32 0z. package that had two major attributes. It increased shelf density at retail and gave the consumer 5 wanted benefits over the traditional glass jar.
