Ideaz recived an ID Magazine 'Design Distinction Award' for this breakthrough design for Easton Sports. The bar was ridden in the 2004 Tour De France by team Phonak and the summer Olympics in Athens by the French racing team.
The bladder-molded winged design is aerodynamic, extremely strong, lightweight and ergonomically superior. The arm rests move laterally in ergonomic arc and have a frame around the pad to keep it securely in place. The bar is easily installed into existing –removable faceplate – stems, has internal cable routing, ergonomic shaped TPU grips and will be available with new Easton brake levers.
