Challenge
Cuisinart handed IDEA LOGIC a form model of the unit that was sculpted by an Italian designer. It was our task to recreate the design intent of the form and engineer all of the functional, molding and assembly requirements.
Successes
IDEA LOGIC was able to reproduce and enhance the appearance of the unit as well as add some new features to benefit the ease of use in the process.
Internal details such as motor mounting, wiring harness insulation, venting, switch features, cord storage, vessel mounts and stabilizing feet were seamlessly integrated into the design.
We were able to address the needs and desires of Cuisinart, the end user, the manufacturer and the assembler to provide a total solution without compromise.
