The Opus Hybrid 100 is a single point vibrometer combined with an optical microscope that allows measurements changes in distance at nanometer resolutions and high frequencies. This allows the quick conversion of optical microscopes into systems that are capable of MEMS vibration inspections, electronic diagnostics, and and acoustic measurements.
