PIE Studio
was created by an architect
turned furniture designer,
Bannavis Andrew Sribyatta,
who wanted to explore the
ultimate concept of Living
Space in relation to the
complexity of nature. With
an assistance of his fami-
ly; PIE Studio was
create to provide the world
with their exciting products.
PIE Studio furniture and products
are hand-crafted mostly from
natural materials and designed
to imitate nature. PIE Studio's eco-
friendly furniture is composed
of water hyacinth, liana, bamboo
and rattan.
PIE Studio’s design philosophy is to make
furniture an art form. PIE Studio’s curvaceous
profiles and rich textures generate warmth
and sensuality to its furniture. PIE Studio’s furniture is
suitable for indoor/covered outdoor for commercial & residential.
PIE Studio has been published in several popular publications; the Los
Angeles Times, Interior Design Magazine, Architectural Records
Metropolis Magazine, TIME Magazine to name a few. In 2006 PIE Studio's
Steel Tongue chair became a permanent collection to the Cooper-
Hewitt, National Design Museum -Smithsonian Institution NYC and
recieved the Merit Award from Interior Design Magazine.
Recently exhibited work in Matieres a Cultiver (Material Culture)exhibition in Paris, France.
