While RGA built its reputation in the field of Creative Search, a large portion of our recruitment assignments are for Strategic positions (including Marketing, Account Services and Management) and Production positions, within each of our specialties.
Today the majority of our placements are for mid- to senior level and executive positions, including VPs, Directors, Partners and “C” level positions.
