Our Lean Product Development Cycle lays the foundation of our approach and process. We adopt an experimental methodology as a means to create learning experiences that help us guide the product through development and reduce risk along the way. Early on in a project, we might wonder: is this a problem worth solving, or can we get that technology to do X, Y or Z? Later, our focus is more scientific: we work to create objective tests that evaluate specific features or performance.
In the end, the goal is to create products that consumers will buy and appreciate. That is how we define a successful project.
