Spanish Academy started as a small business teaching Spanish classes to locals. With a new business focus and a broadened portfolio of services in place, it was time to create a new business identity that would help them to be differentiated and position them in the marketplace.
The end result was a newly created company with a clearly defined portfolio of products. In addition to developing the corporate image, marketing material and customer experience process, dynamicon partnered with Spanish Academy to explore business strategies, and create a new approach for emotionally connecting Spanish Academy with their customers.
