Zosano Pharma is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing a proprietary large molecule transdermal drug delivery system. Zosano’s Macroflux technology enables at-home, needle-free administration in the form of a drug-coated patch applied to the skin. They came to D2M with an accelerated clinical trial schedule, but with several outstanding user experience and manufacturability issues. D2M’s multidisciplinary services were the ideal to keep Zosano on track towards successful commercialization. D2M is an R&D partner using our intimate product knowledge to generate advanced delivery concepts to enhance user experience, reduce cost and product size, and design research tools to enhance Zosano’s understanding of their design controls.
