User needs were the focus in the development of the site and eNewsletter for the Dental Group Practice Association. Evaluating their old site statistics, interviews, targeted surveys, and competitor website research provided insights integral to the design process. Within the first two months, average daily visits tripled, average page views multiplied by almost 8, and international readership grew to include 17 new countries.
The Dental Group Practice Association (DGPA) is a non-profit group that unites Dental Service Organizations to leverage their effectiveness, wisdom and experience make a substantial contribution to the delivery of dental care today, and in the future.
