A unique customer experience for a unique brand

Looking for innovation in retail bank design, Virgin Money accepted our pitch for this exciting new project: to take its current online banking offer to the high street.

To create brand awareness, a ‘customer capture’ strategy was enabled by developing exclusive ‘relationship lounges’ to complement the retail bank branches which were to be rolled out at a later date.

The lounges have been been extremely well received, enhancing the Virgin brand and attracting new customers.
