Interior Concepts for Loft Apartments at R432 Tower.
In a collaboration with Rojkind Arquitectos, AGENT created a series of conceptual studies on spatial arrangement for the residential units at the mixed-use high-rise tower R432 in central Mexico City, reinterpreting modern luxury.
Every square meter counts and space optimization becomes essential in a mega city as dense as Mexico City. These luxury loft interiors incorporate a service module with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom utilities along one of the sides, while leaving the rest of the space free to be accommodated on users’ demand.
Targeted to a young audience, the geometries and materials selection respond to a highly demanding and sophisticated progressive taste.
Located in one of Mexico’s most important avenues, Paseo de la Reforma, the building will also include commercial and hotel spaces.
