About Us
Nicolaides Viana Partnership is an architectural office, found in 1998 in Limassol, Cyprus.
We provide a complete design solution from a concept sketch to planning permission for residential, commercial and public buildings, designs for land use and urban planning, as well as interior design, supervision, and reconstruction plans.
We also offer architecture with a most rigorous standard – Net Zero Building and Passive House (Passivhaus). Compared to standard practices, the energy savings of a Passive House building can reach beyond 90%.
