KEEP was founded around a very simple idea – almost each and every USB stick has a way to be connected to a key chain. Why not combine them into one product. Ever since KEEP has been striving to realize this idea.
The project started by finding out all there is to know about keys and USB sticks, researching production methods, user environments, mechanical guidelines, etc.
The main strategy was that KEEP would not be its own producer, Keep will join forces with the leading corporations in the world in order to offer their users new and advanced experiences.
We then moved to conceptualize different configurations and shape possibilities eligible for such a hybrid. The basic shape concept was to create a HI-END key – even the cheapest cars have a well-designed key, why should your home key, which is your most expensive position should be untreated.
