CHALLENGE
Leader Academy is a joint venture between Addo and Chick-fil-A. Its mission is to inspire students, transform schools, and impact communities. When Chick-fil-A became a new sponsor, Leader Academy came to us with a need for a new brand identity. With a target market of 14 to 18 year olds, the mark needed to be easily recognizable as well as one the teens would be proud to wear and represent.
SOLUTION
Our process included a range of style options and iterations, each abiding by Chick-fil-A’s existing brand guidelines. This resulted in two families of a seal-styled logo as well as a versatile color palette ready for implementation across various visual media. The seal has been quickly adopted by the participants and is easy to see and recognize in schools active in the program.
