In 2001, I started Saucy Design, a small boutique-style design firm. Since then, I have worked with a variety clients to achieve colorful, thoughtful living and working environments. My style is distinguished by use of color and a unique mix of materials and furnishings.
I am influenced and inspired not only by French vintage furnishings but also all modern design. I love nature and am equally inspired through her colors and shapes. I love color because of its ability to totally transform a space. It is one of the most powerful design elements, and sets the stage for all of your furnishings. Working with color correctly takes a bit of experience and a good eye and I have acquired both over the years working as a designer in multiple mediums.
I am a member of the Ecology Center in Berkeley, CA, The US Green Building Council, The Designer's Accord, and Build-it-Green. As a designer, I pledge to do my part to inspire awareness of the causes of climate change, and create through my work responsible and sustainable design.
