About Us

WAACS is a small team with big ideas. Trained as industrial designers, they are a practiced and well sought-after team of draftsmen, modelers, engineers, interior architects and design consultants.

WAACS played an instrumental role in the design and development of the best-selling Senseo coffee maker by Sara Lee/Philips; actually, Senseo’s telltale form was first imagined and drawn at WAACS. Microsoft invited the studio to design webcams and user experience. They designed a stunningly simple magazine holder for Alessi. The PUSH brand of medical braces turned to WAACS for the kind of push they needed to boost sales, which have since skyrocketed.

WAACS mission is to do what it does best, only better. The studio’s philosophy is simple: There’s an exception to every rule and it’s the exception that is worth pursuing. WAACS: international – clever – efficient – witty – self-possessed – exceptional.
