BBVA Compass has asked us to improve their drive-through banking experience.
In the Sun Belt area of the USA, the drive-through channel accounts for more than 60% of all BBVA Compass customers’ banking transactions. We started the project with a 3-week research phase during which we travelled from Los Angeles, California to Birmingham, Alabama. We talked to both staff and customers of different banks. Banker-link is a new banking solution resulting from the synthesis of valuable insights: an innovative product from both a hardware and software perspective.
