SendPro C-Series

Client: Pitney Bowes

During the product design process for the SendPro C-Series, we were adamant about creating an experience for the Pitney Bowes customer that accurately reflected their brand. We recognized that mailing and shipping functions are now done by everyone in an organization, instead of just specific employees. Which means the machine had to be intuitive, and simple enough that anyone could learn the key functions after just one use. The result is a machine whose design is functional yet inspiring, creating positive interactive experiences.
