Currently I am leading engineering design team to Design & Develop Automotive Seats for major OEM's in India. My scope of work includes Project management right from Concept till Mass Production.

Working as an Manager at R&D facility of Harita Seating Systems Ltd., one of India’s largest automotive seating systems company. Harita Seating Systems product range includes Bus passenger seats, Auditorium seats, Tractor seats, LCV & HCV Driver seats.
Design Projects undertaken for:
-Automotive seats styling
Key projects undertaken:
- Tractor seat Design for various OEM's in India. Cost-effective designs to meet customer requirements.
- Innova bus seat (clients: Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland)
The main objective was to design an aesthetically pleasing, lightweight & comfortable metro bus seat. The seat shell is manufactured in a wide range of colors using rotational molding process. This gives customers an opportunity to personalize the bus interior by choosing any seat color.
- VOLVO City Bus- Metro seat design (Launched in AutoExpo'06, New Delhi; Metro seats installed in City buses operational in Bangalore)
