Miguel Buckenmeyer Communications Design specializes in print design and management, with a penchant for newspapers, magazines and corporate collateral. The studio approaches design as a craft and applies only the most exacting standards of layout, typography, photography and illustration to your publications and collateral.
In 2006, Miguel Buckenmeyer's design and art direction of the Spanish business newspaper, El Economista, was named a World's Best-Designed Newspaper by the Society for News Design. His work has been cited numerous times in the annuals of the the Society of News Design, the Society of Publication Designers and the Type Directors Club.
Miguel Buckenmeyer has worked for internationally recognized publications such as El Economista, El Mundo Magazine and the Washington Post. He also has participated in editorial prototype creation and redesign projects in the US, Europe and Latin America.
