We also have the FDM technology and expertise to help companies by reducing their product development time. FDM (also known as Fused Deposition Modeling) offers functional prototypes with ABS materials. A thin bead of molten plastic is extruded through the computer controlled nozzle, which is deposited on a layer-by-layer basis to construct a prototype directly from 3D CAD data. The robust nature of FDM prototypes, make it ideal for use in application where there is a need to test the functionality of new designs. Typically parts are produced and delivered in just a few days.
