Motivate Design aims to assure that the user experience practices have momentum within an organization. Training, workshops and stakeholder interviews all contribute to this goal.
We are a company that cares about working on fun projects. We are motivated by our love of psychology and great design, and that passion is evident in all of our projects and interactions.
At Motivate, we try to incorporate the efficiencies of a big company with the personalized approach of a one-person shop. Our business manager, attorneys, recruiting firms and facilities ensure that working with us is as seamless as any large agency.
